The hotel is located right across the beach and has a beautiful view of the ocean. The landscaping of the hotel is peaceful and relaxing. The bathroom is modern and functional with good shower pressure. Guests can enjoy a lovely breakfast with a priceless view of the ocean.

Some guests felt that the lounge covers by the pool were dirty and soiled.

Personnel very great. Good sized room. Lucky Fish is short way from the hotel. It took 10 minutes to reach Palm Cove on foot❤

My wife and i thought the resort was nice and quiet, private and it felt exclusive. We really enjoyed the complimentary 5 pm alcoholic punch. It was refreshing to receive something for nothing in todays world, it made such an impression we will recomend the sebel reef to our friends and family just because of the complimentary punch.

We noticed paint peeling in our room and around the pool. We like our resorts to be in excellant condition. Your restaraunt prices should be alot cheaper for inhouse guests. We found our selves eating outside the resort alot to make our money stretch further. When you already have a customer there you shouldn't encourage them to shop out for cheaper food.

Excellent location near the beach, friendly staff, and clean facilities. Everything was perfect for my honeymoon stay.

During our recent stay at The Reef House, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel offers a variety of special inclusions. We had the opportunity to participate in a wine tasting and cocktail making class, and it was an absolute delight. The experience was both fun and educational, and it added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. we were impressed with the attention to detail and the unique offerings provided by The Reef House. We highly recommend this hotel for those looking for a special and memorable experience.

The location is terrific. It is right next to a quiet and picturesque sandy beach with waving palm trees.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The luxurious amenities provided by the spa and wellness centre were exceptional, and the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxation. The bar and restaurant with outdoor dining areas provided the perfect ambiance for a romantic night out. The continental breakfast was delicious, and the staff made sure all of our dietary needs were taken care of with special diet menus.

While our stay here was perfect, the only minor issue we had was with the Jacuzzi. It was not functioning properly, which was a bit disappointing.

Had a fantastic weekend by the coast! The hotel was great, two pools to choose from and the complementary sorbet was amazing! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from lovely restaurants and bars.

The room could have been more modern and it was a bit dirty in some parts. Also, some brochures were missing.

The hotel was quite old and could use some updating. The rooms were not very clean and there were issues with the toilet paper not being restocked.

We had an amazing stay at a luxurious hotel with exclusive amenities. The service was exceptional and the Spa & wellness centre exceeded our expectations with their amazing massages and body wraps. The Outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The location advantages were great with easy access to the beach and live entertainment. The beauty treatments, including waxing, manicure and facial were top-notch and we left feeling pampered and refreshed.

The only minor issue was the lack of information in the room regarding hotel facilities. However, the staff were more than happy to provide us with any information we needed.
